Santoku Knife (Tokyo2020 Olympic Emblem)
A high-class knife produced manually by craftsmen in Seki, Gifu Prefecture.
The blade of the knife is made with VG10 damascus steel, known for its beautiful wave pattern and sharpness. By making its total length shorter than normal all-purpose kitchen knives, it becomes a size that is light and easy to control, making it a knife that is easy to use to cut meat, fish, and vegetables at home.
Its design includes laser markings of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics emblem on the top surface and the nominal mark of the tournament on the reverse side.
