【Shopping Guide to Overseas Guests Staying at Hotels in Japan】
Please read the following guidance before requesting delivery to your hotel.
●Each hotel has its own service policy about delivered goods. Before placing an order, please make sure to ask hotel staff to confirm that they can receive your package on your behalf. Since we can only deliver your package to the hotel reception, please contact reception to arrange a pick-up of your package.
Please note that we do not accept any requests to redirect your package to an overseas address if the package is left uncollected from hotel before check-out, and your order will be automatically canceled as a non-delivery case.
●Pre-ordered items cannot be purchased from English online shop.
●Payment is VISA only. Please do not select other options such as bank transfer and COD. Please also refrain from requesting hotel concierge to handle COD on your behalf.
●We only accept exchange and return of any defect products within one week after delivery during your stay in Japan. We do not accept any return requests after you leave Japan or exchange requests to overseas. Refunds will be made to your VISA card. We recommend contacting customer service as soon as you find any defects.
●We only deliver within Japan.
Please give a plenty of days’ allowance when you specify the delivery date before or during your stay.
*Purchased products are normally delivered in 5-10business days without date specification.
*There will be expected delay in delivery dur to traffic restrictions during the Games time. Please give a plenty of time allowance for delivery.
